1. Agreement

By using the website at soniqmasterevents.com or engaging the services of SONIQ MASTER EVENTS Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Services

SONIQ MASTER EVENTS Ltd provides professional event services including DJ services, sound system rental, studio recording, event protocol, and talent management in Rwanda and the wider East Africa region. Quote requests submitted through this website are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties.

3. Booking and payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and a deposit as agreed. Specific payment terms, including deposit amounts and due dates, are set out in the individual service agreement issued for each booking.

4. Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms depend on notice period and are outlined in your signed agreement. As a general guide:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event — deposit may be partially refunded at our discretion
• Cancellations made within 30 days — deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations made within 7 days — full booking amount may be retained

In the event of an unavoidable force majeure, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative arrangement.

5. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate venue, event, and contact details at the time of booking
• Ensuring adequate power supply and space for equipment at the venue
• Obtaining any necessary permits for public events
• Settling balances by the agreed due dates

6. Liability

SONIQ MASTER EVENTS Ltd will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including power failures, venue access issues, or natural events. Our liability is limited to the total value of the service fee paid.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SONIQ MASTER EVENTS Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
